The Founder
My Journey
In 2017, I made the bold decision to leave everything behind and pursue a career teaching fitness-based classes. It was a leap of faith that ignited a spark of excitement and marked the beginning of an incredible journey. I felt aligned with my authentic self, and my desire became inspiring others to do the same.
Stepping onto a stage, dancing, and working out has always helped me through my toughest times and brought me immense joy. Sharing that joy with others is what fuels my fire.
After several years and various trainings in the fitness industry, I became attuned to the needs of the community I serve. I recognized a lack of representation and the absence of consistent motivation or desire to join a fitness class.
SlaywithA is created to offer you an experience that goes beyond the physical. It's about empowering you to unlock your potential, reconnect with your body, and create a life filled with vitality, confidence, and self-expression. In a way you want to keep coming back for more.
But my role goes beyond just leading a class. I am here to hold you accountable and motivate you in a firm, yet loving way when you need it most, all while providing a safe and supportive environment.
In my classes, I aim to guide you in connecting with yourself, leaving the outside world behind to start tapping into your inner strength. Together, we will push beyond limits, embrace resilience, and celebrate even the smallest victories. It's an holistic journey where movement becomes a catalyst for your personal growth, self-discovery, and an empowered existence. To me there's nothing more fulfilling than collaborating on this journey and realizing the untapped potential we all possess.
I'm beyond grateful for the decision I made years ago, and I continue to cherish the opportunity to create transformative experiences through movement. Let's slay limitations, cultivate inner strength, and embrace the vibrant and fulfilling life you deserve.

“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
